And of course, price is always important—but don’t forget to take into account what you are receiving for that price. A cheap service provider will end up costing you heavily in downtime if they can’t get you up and running quickly. If they do a poor job of repairing your machine, it might even cost you the price of purchasing new equipment long before you should need to.
